Return Policy
Every item is printed specifically for you after you place an order, so we're not able to accept returns for reasons like a change of mind or ordering the wrong size — please check our size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Custom designs
For orders placed through Custom order, please double-check your uploaded design, color, and size before checkout — once an order enters production it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
